Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's superb location in the heart of Ciutadella, making it easy to explore the old town and nearby attractions. The service is highlighted as attentive, friendly, and professional, with special mentions for the concierge and management. Many guests enjoy the beautiful pool areas and relaxing atmosphere, though some note that the pools can be small or crowded. Breakfast receives positive feedback for its quality and variety. However, the gym is frequently criticized for being too small or poorly equipped, and some guests feel it does not meet expectations for a hotel of this standard. Overall, the hotel is celebrated for its charm, ambiance, and memorable guest experiences, though there are occasional concerns about value for price and minor service lapses.
