Pros (+) They took so long to get all the guests checked in. Myself spent about an hr in a queue and they only had 2 staff for check-in. I booked villa and it was so far from anything, room looked so old with ...
Cons (-) Not enough staff for such a huge hotel. Cleanliness needs improving and they didn’t even give WiFi password to us, I had to call and ask for it.
