Cons: Access to the room wasn't easy. Through narrow corridors and up steep staircase which had lingering cooking smells.

Cons: We felt at home from the minute we arrived. Anything we asked for was not a problem. The bed was so comfortable we were accommodated with a late breakfast and even provided breakfast in bed for the teenager in our party

Pros: Liked location and comfort in room.
Cons: Although breakfast menu good, breakfast 'bar' a little sad - not much Fresh fruit selection. Also room/ conservatory quite warm in the morning - no good for any food left out on 'bar' uncovered/ unchilled.
Also didn't like apparent lack of maintenance in room (no 2); eg plug in sink not working properly; very, very slow drainage from shower plughole - probably almost totally blocked with hair - urghh!!

Cons: The walls were a little thin and the guests next door were very loud - not the staff's fault obviously.

Cons: I cannot comment on the staff, I barely saw any. Accommodation was OK but noisy. On returning from breakfast the room smelled damp.

Cons: Horrendous mattress. Drunk woman knocking on room door at night. Walls paper thin. Toilet/en suite disgusting. Ingrained urine stain under toilet seat and also seat broken. Paint on roof of en suite peeling off and old. Mould on roof and on tiles in shower. Shower floor old, stained and dirty.

Cons: Very tired, no heating (stand alone convector that had a broken leg). Looks better from the pictures and outside than in reality
