Pros (+) The breakfast buffet was the best and very reasonably priced. All staff were extremely helpful.
Pros (+) Rooms are pretty clean and comfort
Cons (-) Staff was really bad, they treat you in a bad way, they didnt provide any help, they charge you for everything. I asked for a double bed room and they charged me extra 20$ even I requested the room weeks ago, Internet isnt free and is really expensive.
Pros (+) Staff promptly covered our mistake of a missing room with a walk-in and helped the family stay together during the vacations!
Pros (+) For Chicago Michigan Avenue, the price is good for quality, clean rooms. Yes the room is small but very functional. Large bathrooms and plenty of storage.
