The room is very small and when we arrived the tv and a/c wasn’t working. They did get someone up there to fix both problems but the man was rude. It’s ok for the money but simply because of the location. I’ve stayed at much better in Chicago for the price. The bed was comfortable which is a plus. Probably won’t go back.

They had zero flexibility when it came to checking out late, housekeeping barged in when I was working and on a call two hours before I was supposed to check out, the room was very bland and not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, we didn’t get enough body wash ever, and the staff tried too hard to up-sell me when I was checking in. I had to say no multiple times

Cons (-) This hotel is shut down due to covid. DO NOT BOOK! This isn’t the fault of the Hilton necessarily, but they should ask third party booking sites to remove their hotel from the listings if they are closed (or at least black out the dates until they reopen). I drove 6 hours to find a hotel with all the doors locked. Had to find a hotel with open availability last minute and ended up paying $200 more...

Pros (+) The location is great.
Cons (-) The parking was difficult and $62!!! I am from Washington DC and am used to paying a premium for things... I don’t think I see the value in going here if you need to park a car.

Cons (-) Responsiveness to room requests were slow to non existent. I had to make three requests to have extra pillows delivered to my room (one request in person to the front desk staff, one to housekeeping, and one using the mobile app). I thought that was a bit excessive to get two extra pillows that I was told would be delivered the first time I walked down to the lobby and asked in person.
