The hotel is located in a great central place
We booked a suit for 4 people. When I arrived in the middle of the night with two tired kids beds were made for only 2 people. Next morning the shower had close to 0 water pressure. The maintenance man repaired it that afternoon but the morning was gone by then.
Really liked the beds( I like a bit harder beds), room was a good size, gym was little bit better than expected. Close to everything.
Not much to complain about, some days they forgot to refill coffee/water.
Location and size of rooms
No means to change room temperature; thermostat in room clearly not designed to allow guest to alter temp. Linked bar/ restaurant bland.
Very nice hotel with great staff, always able to help. Everything is near, museums, aquarium, magnificent mile, etc. The room was very clean with all what you need. There is a mini fridge and a coffee machine. High quality toiletries and very comfty bed
Our stay at St Jane was lovely. The hotel is perfectly located for touristy attractions. The building itself was really nice and the rooms a good size. We stayed three nights and managed to have a decent night sleep.
Nothing. I would say you can hear the people in the next room using the hairdryer or shower but this didn’t bother us. The cocktails in the bar were a little uninteresting for the price.
