    Everythng was awesome

Got the breakfast meal plan for the morning when I got the room, though we didnt know it was either or the buffet or the ordered meal. My girlfriend went to get some food from the buffet not knowing, and when we were told after she sat down that it was either or she felt really bad that she got both. In all, the food was good and even if it was excused, I'd wish someone told us about it so my girlfriend wouldn't have felt bad while she ate.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel, since we were in for the Bears game. The hotel was very quiet at night when we wanted to go to bed. I know in some hotels you can hear the people next door.

Breakfast could have been a little better and free instead of paying for your breakfast. The pop machine was completely OUT OF STOCK. I understand you have a cafe downstairs, but LATE AT NIGHT, when I wanted something to drink. If you have a pop machine for guests, then you should make sure its fully stocked for guests.

The staff were Welcoming but a little bit stiff. The ambiance was excellent. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked and I got a complimentary toothbrush.

My room wasn’t cleaned for 2 consecutive days because I left an ‘occupied ‘ display on the door. Despite the fact that I left a message with the concierge on duty after the first night.
