The staff was great, especially Annie during check in.
The hallways and elevator smelled of tobacco smoke.
Room was clean overall, size was good, beds were great. This was the first room we got. We had to move later to another room. The second room was nice with a separate sitting area. Gym was great to use, I used it several times for cardio. The weight machine is missing items. Free parking was a huge plus and close to McCormick center. Saves a lot of $$ on parking as you can just walk over there.
The first room we stayed in had no stopper in the tub and my cousin needed it for a bath (he's handicapped). So we were offered another room next door, no change in price. The second room had a pedestal sink only, no countertop for placing necessities on. The coffee machine didn't reach the outlet, so I had to move it. Overall, it had a few inconveniences and I thought it wasn't good for value although free parking was a huge plus. It was clean though, so that's fine. The coffee shop was closed.
It was 15 mins in walking distance where we needed to be.
Neighborhood is sketchy
Everything as far as cleanliness and shower
Love the location and the price
Drink machines were empty our whole stay.
