Cons (-) staff has no service mind. On the last day of stay my flight is on late evening . We kept our luggage at front office. When we return to pick up our luggage and asked for using rest room but she refused even if I informed she that we just check out this morning. She ignore our require for using rest room that is very bad impression.

Cons (-) Horrible customer service! Very rude! There is no hotel parking so you'll need to find and pay for street parking or parking structure...Good luck! Never staying there again!

Pros (+) This place is a bit rundown and shabby, but if you just need a place to sleep after a long day, where you plan on getting up and out early the next - it's tolerable. Cheapest place I could find on a busy weekend. Close to the red line so you can travel thoughout the city without your car.
Cons (-) No parking, no elevator, questionable cleanliness. Entire place needs fumigated cleaned, modernized and updated.
