Excellent location off Michigan Ave . Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Elevators were quick/reliable. Good room size with nice bathroom. Welcoming lobby and restaurant but not noisy or overly busy. My second stay and highly recommend.
The atmosphere was phenomenal, extremely close to all of the City’s best attractions. The front desk staff was very helpful and resourceful. Will definitely come here again!
Rooftop bar was excellent. Location was fantastic. Great price for a beautiful view.
We loved the room. We loved the view. We love the staff, very helpful. It almost seemed like a fantasy, to good to be real.
Nothing. Everything was great.
And the rooftop was was incredible!
