This is an excellent hotel in downtown Chicago, close from many city points of interest, like de Navy Pier, Grand Park, shops, Museums, restaurants, etc. We were glad to stay there during the Chicago Marathon weekend.

Two main concerns: 1- The hotel description claims the hotel has parking with EV charging. We were passing through on a road trip in an EV, so this was key for us deciding to stay here. Pros (+) The location was perfect, right in the heart of the magnificent mile. Perfect for those who want to walk and not worry about ground transportation. Having a pool was a must for our family, so we enjoyed having the pool after a long day of sight-seeing and shopping. The team was helpful when we had needs and overall it was an excellent experience.
Cons (-) Price of parking in the area is absurd, but that has nothing to do with these guys!
