10.0 Excellent
Pros: Impeccable service, delicious food, outstanding room, wide range of activities, and beyond expectation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was beautiful and we almost always had it to ourselves. Travelling into the hotel by boat, we saw many locations with very crowded beaches, but the beach at this location was clear and empty most of our visit. Having our own pool at our room was also a treat and worth the cost. The breakfast buffet each morning had everything we needed. There was a cook for omelettes, bacon and other meats, fruit and deli meat/cheese choices, etc... All very good! The staff here also tend to you constantly, very nice! When we traveled to dinner, they picked us up in a golf cart. When we sat in the beach chairs they showed up with a bucket of ice and water bottles. They have scheduled hours for bringing fruit, ice cream, and afternoon tea to guests. The person I was travelling with had a birthday during our trip and the hotel showed up with a birthday cake for her. Wonderful service!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beach is unbeatable, it is almost like a private beach. The team is really professional and make their best effort to ensure your comfort. Nice layout of room. The food is good, especially the seafood buffet with fire show, worth to try.
Cons: We stayed in room 109 next to the main pool, it is convenient as we have kids with us, yet lack of privacy if it is for couple.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Very clean. Wonderful landscaping. Brilliant staff. Excellent accommodation. It really is difficult to find any negatives. It is a very expensive resort, but I do consider that you get the exclusivity and value for the money.
Cons: Cannot think of a single negative.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful clean beach, turquoise warm sea, great pool at just the right temperature, gym, well equipped thatched beach villa, excellent spa, amazing staff ! Complementary fruit and ice cream and afternoon tea didn’t need a lunch !
Cons: My only slight grumble was that there wasn’t enough entertainment and the excellent entertainment which we did see was from 7pm and only lasted 30-45mins. We were back in the villa for 8.30pm which was a bit too early, even for us who were there to relax. From past experiences at other similar venues the entertainment would start after dinner about 8.30pm. Also live music in the dining room at lunch and dinner would give it more atmosphere.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We went there for just a two nights stay for our Honeymoon! We love how friendly and efficient the staffs were. They made us feel very welcomed even from the start. I like it that they were considerate as we are muslims so they try to provide us with muslim friendly food (no meat/no alcohol). The room we stayed in was marvelous, we were welcomed with our chosen essential oil, choice of drinks, our chosen natural soap bars and soft music. I love how that there are freebies during the stay, like the welcome drink, the 1pm fruits, 2pm ice creams and the 3-5pm tea time! The general manager was very nice too! Thank you GM Pornthep Hantrakarnpong and also one of the staffs, Jel! Their food is also amazing!
Cons: There were bunch of lizards and ants, but what to expect, it’s their natural habitat after all heheh
6.3 Good
Pros: nice environment Nice complimentary fruits and afternoon tea Great beach and water activities
Cons: Bad attitude staff in the lounge of ao Prao pier Not so good housekeeping Far from the groceries

9.6 Excellent
Pros: wonderful resort on a private perfect beach. Lush vegetation. Very quiet place. Idyllic for a couple.
Cons: Thai food was delicious, but grilled tigerprawns, which should have been easy to do,,,well...overcooked and just 2 of them...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect resort, chic and luxury hotel, with amazing bay, swimming pool, excellent staff. clean rooms, it s paradise. 1 minute from your room to the beach!
Cons: The resort uses a lot of single use plastic items. so close to the sea, bamboo instead of plastic and washable instead of disposable would be appreciated. It s a shame to see so much plastic (laundry bags, water bottles, toiletries). The resort should give reusable flasks to all the guests and propose a drinking water source available all day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything about the Ao Prao resort, from the check in service on the pier, the speed boat trip to the secluded beach, the warm welcome, the food, the staff, the beautiful room, the pools, to the gorgeous beach and incredible views. I traveled around the island and visited some other resorts and none of the ones I saw came close in comparison to Ao Prao resort. I would highly recommend this resort to any and every body, whether it's a family holiday or a beautiful romantic getaway. I truly would love to come back if ever the opportunity arose again. I would like to thank all the staff for a wonderful and truly memorable experience.
Cons: The only negative feedback I have is that the water in the shower was not hot enough. I could still enjoy a shower with the warmish water, but it would have been better if temperature could be increased.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect getaway for a couple, a bit like a honeymoon. Good to get a taxi into town for a more local experience. Didn’t use Spa as prices too high.
Cons: Beach and pool fabulous
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The everything is perfect.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful scenery, helpful staff, well equipped property, Loved it.
Cons: Another direct boat later in the day or evening would be helpful. I missed the last one and it took a while to get to the hotel using alternative transportation (as they warned me it would).

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was awesome. The hotel had a great cosy feel to it. Right close to the pier where the ferry drops you off and picks you up, so super convenient . Scooter rental shop was right next door, which was great too. Food at the restaurant was tasty, but there are great restaurants all along the island.
Cons: Everything was super nice, so If i really had to nitpick i would say that a new coat of varnish around the hotel would spruce it up really nicely. But that is really nitpicking.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: -Breakfast is good. -The hotel is located next to the pier.
Cons: -Limited time for bike rental -Wifi connection is weak in the room
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A very nice small hotel with an excellent restaurant. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff. We would definitely visit again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Aircon was SO SO loud. Tried another room and same problem. Spent every night turning A/C on and off to try and get some rest. Staff do not speak English meaning ordering breakfast preferences was impossible.

Pros: Clean quiet Delicious at Ploy sea restaurant
Cons: Air on is too cold The beach is a small
9.2 Excellent

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A ferry terminal shuttle is provided at no charge, and free self parking is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle service from Ao Prao Pier to Samet Island
Cons: The food/breakfast was well below par. The music in the dining area was not very good, too noisy and upbeat—too much contradicting with the serene beach, island moods in the early morning. Talking with Customer Relations Khun Piengjai I understand the staff had no knowledge or taste about music—they called the outdated pop music being played at the moment as jazz! And Khun Piengjai told me there were many customer complaints about it. That left me to wonder, why so many complaints but nothing changed? Is that the managers, the management, or the owners just didn’t pay attention? Or they just didn’t care?
9.6 Excellent
Pros: breakfast good location excellent!!!!! staff super nice!!!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff. Beautiful gardens incredibly well maintained. Wonderful service getting to locale.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant staff. Excellent location.
Cons: Room 803 or similar not of my liking. Best to upgrade to next level.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very near from private beach.
Cons: No view from the room. Complicated prepayment requirement which is not clearly mentioned when booking.
7.9 Good
Pros: nice private beach nice resturant
Cons: too noisy when ur neighbours shut the doors and the air conditioning broke down in the midnight at our first night of stay
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, and the menu of the restaurant were variable, and the price was acceptable. The staff were helpful and kind! I loved that place!
Cons: Everything was fine!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and cleanness room
7.1 Good
Pros: We booked a deluxe cottage with twin beds. Upon arriving to property we noticed that the room doesn’t have twin beds. The base of the bed is double, with two separate mattresses that are glued together with no option to separate. When trying to get some service from the hotel regarding this, they offered us to upgrade to a room with “normal twin beds” (in their words) for an amount of 1000 baht. Which to me sounds ridicules. This really ended up in a disappointment, and we left the island after this stay. Will not go back to this hotel again in the future because of how the staff handled our complaint. Not recommended for people looking for twin beds.
Cons: Service can be better by hotel staff. Breakfast was average. Main pool of the deluxe villa zone is great.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A ferry terminal shuttle is provided at no charge.
7.1 Good
Pros: We were here for a wedding. Staff are amazing. Great value for money and really cool little bungalows. They are dated and need updating but for the price, you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay here and the wedding was absolutely stunning.
Cons: Beds are quite uncomfortable as it is a mattress on the floor. Shower constantly backed up and there was no hot water. Luke warm. Location wasn't too bad if you want quiet. Pool bar isn't used and timber deck around pool very damaged. Lots of mozzies.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location. Good restaurants. Delicious seafood and not expensive.
Cons: A staff didn't told any details about boat. We have to check everything by ourselves. If compare with other hotel this hotel isn't good service for me. A little bit dangerous with suddenly deep sea because of short beach. This is not hotel fault but not have any warning signs from hotel. A breakfast just few of food. :(
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, outside area overlooking the beach. We were upgraded a sea views room but the garden view rooms looked great too. Breakfast was excellent, interesting Thai options. Staff were friendly and helpful, we rented a moped from them, which was a brilliant way to get around. Would stay again.
Cons: Not the nicest beach on the island but the location at the far end of I away from the port was probably the best of that beach. Some local information in the rooms would be helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the perfect place . I was with my girlfriend. I was in heaven. Paradise .Happy daze. Great
Cons: ????
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is beautiful the sea views and garden view huts are outstanding. The grounds are clean and well kept. The outside shower is very nice. Was there during the week so not crowded. It was very peaceful and quiet
Cons: I loved everything

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and laundry facilities. Guests may use a ferry terminal shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: The garden area is quite nice and the beach section is great for peace and quiet, and for kids. The pool is good too, but only for adults or older kids. The free ferry to and from the island is a great touch and very handy.
Cons: For the price we paid in low season, 2,700 baht for a cottage, we got a semi detached one, but was expecting a detached, we thought this was a bit expensive for what we got. The room was quite small with no chairs for sitting, and the mattress was on the floor with little space. For a family of 3 this was quite cramped. The pool didn’t have a kids shallower end, but this is not necessarily the resort’s fault, but made it hard for my 2 year old kid to enjoy it unaccompanied. The breakfast was way too basic for what we paid, even when we came down with over an hour left before it finished, some things were not replenished. So, it’s not a buffet as such, because you need to order the American style set.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The sea urchins make it kinda difficult to swim in the sea
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic especially Min Aung who went out of he’s way to help with anything we needed. Also the pick up and drop off system to the property was really easy.
Cons: The location is a little far from the action but this could also be considered a positive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was exceptional.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very Convenient, free shuttle boat and land transfer to hotel. Friendly staff.Quiet samdy beach
Cons: Mosquito in room
9.6 Excellent

8.7 Excellent (53 reviews)

6.3 Good
Pros: Service and staffs are the only great things.
Cons: Location is not as good as its price. I paid for 3,600 thb/night for the resort locates beside the beach but it’s sharp rock beach that you cannot go to swim or sunbathe. Even they allow you to walk from the resort to Sai-Kaew beach through Sai-Kaew resort but it comes with tons of regulation that deny to use any beach facilities. Another thing is breakfast, it’s just a la cart that you can order only one menu and if you order Thai breakfast, forget about any bread, toast or egg as you have to pay for it. Just only simple salad (lettuce, tomato, and onion with 2 nasty sauces) and coffee that you can refill. These are all what I paid 3,600 THB/ night for !!
7.1 Good
Pros: Helpfull staff. Lovely white houses in a beautiful garden.
Cons: Not very lively
5.4 Okay
Pros: This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Cons: Got to the property and expected a white sand beach with use of a swimming pool. When we arrived the property has no white sanded beaches, only rock. Could not swim in the ocean here! Ok, we thought we will just use the swimming pool, no big deal. When we arrived at the pool there was a security guard who immediately started yelling at me for putting my toe in the pool, thought this was very strange! At this point we all went and put our bathing suits on for a swim in the pool. Eight of us came back to the pool, my 15 year old son and the rest of our family. As we started to enter the pool, this same security guard stated that we could not swim in the pool with board shorts and regular swim wear, which I have used through the world. We were told rudely that the men had to use European swim wear. Speedo type swimwear and bikinis for the girls. So basically we were banned from using the swimming pool. This property does not have their own pool they share a pool with another resort next-door. It felt like there was some kind of feud going on between the two property and we got caught in the middle. The staff at the desk keep giving us the runaround about a refund, as we had book this nightmare hotel for 3 nights. Finally after hours of talking to the manager at the property they gave us a telephone number in Bangkok to help us cancel the reservation. Booking.com tried to contact this number and was given the runaround by the staff in Bangkok. Finally after a few hours and a lot of fighting the hotel agree to give us all our money back expcept for the use of 1 room for the night. The price was around $90 a night. Would also like to mention that all the other hotels were charging around 200 baht for a massage, this hotel was charging around 2000 baht if I remember correctly. Very pricey for hotel with no beach, no pool, and nothing to do here. All the white sanded beaches are on the other side of the island!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and grindly helpgul stagf. Would recommend!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were nice
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Deco is kinda funky and the bungalows are really clean. Beach view bungalows are perfect. The restaurant offers a great view on the sea This place is on the sea...even if no direct access to the beach its still beautifull
Cons: Breakfast is very simple with very small plate of watermelon in a country where you would expect papaya pineapple in larger quantity..feel like a hostel breakfast... Price is way to high for the level of service provided..should be priced like a 5* hostel

7.5 Good
Pros: The Breakfast was okay! The resort is in nice area quiet and nice beach infront of the resort, and the resort is offering a Kayak for free.
Cons: The price of the food and Drinks in the restaurant was quiet expensive
5.4 Okay
Cons: So many things to list
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely beach and accommodation also very good. Staff courteous and were helpful when needed.
Cons: Nothing really. I would go back and would recommend it to others
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and accomodation are excellent. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the evening meals are superb
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The beach was beautiful, the staff were friendly and gave great service, facilities were clean all made an idyllic setting for some rest and relaxation :)
Cons: The kettle was difficult to make work and the hairdryer didn’t seem to work at all but it didn’t really matter too much.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: The deluxe hillside room is far from being deluxe. We paid USD 200 per night and its NOT worth the money. We stayed in VIP (...) 6: small room, very old interior, no water pressure in the bathroom, toilet seat too old/yuk to sit on, aircon was not allowed to put lower than 20 degrees and still not cooling the room, bed sheet ripped, beach towels ripped. We also did not want to touch the mosquito net as we were afraid it would fall down. And interesting enough a bed side lamp that we could not turn on because the only available plug was too far away. There’s rooms better than this on Koh Samed for half the price. And we know because we’ve been to Koh Samed more than 40 times in the past 15 years....

Pros: Minnie English is very good, and she is friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Water pressure was terrible and hot water didn't work half the time.

Pros: Nice quite place. Friendly owner. Everything you need is in walking distance
Cons: The place is nice but the island is boring. Only relax at the beach is possible. That’s why we leave after 3 days

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Right on the beach, two bookings combined so did not need to swap rooms
Cons: If anything could be better, breakfast is standard
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: Staff need lesson in how to handle and speak to guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and 1 of those nights my husband wasn’t feeling well. The staff offered to drive me to a pharmacy and even gave us electrolyte packets! The were truly caring and concerned for their guests. The room was clean and the location couldn’t have been better. We especially liked all the different seating and lounging options on the beach and by the pool. A major plus for us was that there were shady seats under trees and umbrellas too!
Cons: The bed was a bit firm, but that’s kind of expected in Asia...
7.9 Good
Pros: standard rooms were nice and clean, thai houses are spacious for two people, dark wooden floors, quiet and cozy but a bit dark because of grandma-curtains inside and surrounding trees outside the beach itself was clean and rather quiet/not busy (offseason end of October) friendly and helpful staff you could wander from one beach to another for a change (walking to ao wai for lunch highly recommended, ao phrao for sunset and spa experience at Le Vimarn and ao phai for cocktails) smooth transport from and to the ban phe pier with free resort shuttle (big busses from bangkok are comfortable and cheap too, only paid 166 baht to get to ban phe directly from ekkamai station)
Cons: wifi was down here and there breakfast buffet was nothing special and every day the same, gets very crowded at 8:30 a.m. so that you might end up sitting next to strangers, eggs sunny side up (available only from the buffet) were cold, egg yolk was stiff, standard rooms: one house comprised two standard rooms door to door where you could hear everything from the neighbours (every single word), better get a thai house if you want to have some privacy (we did so) available seaside beds provided by the resorts were limited (only 10 or so) so that it was impossible to grab one as people occupied them before breakfast with towels and showed up only hours later no safe deposit box in room plastic sunbeds at the pool, plastic chairs at the beachside dinner tables prices at restaurants can vary quite a bit, so better check for prices at first if you're on a budget, if you're not head to ao phrao for dinner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location. we checked out some other resorts and quite frankly feel we nailed it, so to speak. The resort was clean, tidy, neat, professionally run and above all fabulous. The beach was clean and the facilities great. I would find it hard to find a better location on Koh Samet, that's a fact. We did hire motor bikes and the ease of getting around was good. The bikes helped us see more of the Island than most and we were able to explore many beautiful view points with ease
Cons: No pool table - :) I wasted one night accommodation costs because I did not plan properly in relation to transfers. My fault but I would advise others to be more careful as to their timing and transport negotiations
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staffs great service.
Cons: Breakfast should be more options than this
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This resort will suit you if you are after peace and quiet. Restaurant - inexpensive and delicious Tom Yum and Pad Thai with seafood. Beach - clean beach, soft sand, no rocks in the water in the swimming zone. Cottage - clean and comfortable. Location - the resort provides FREE transfer from Rayong. Staff - helpful and friendly. *All the fun bars are on a different beach. You can walk there (30 min), rent a scooter or hail a tuk-tuk. *Breakfast buffet has 2 types of food - Asian and western. Western one doesn't change (eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh veggies). Asian dishes change everyday. *You can rent a kayak at the resort, have a massage on the beach or book a boat tour. For other fun activities go to another beach. *There are a few friendly cats you can play with.
Cons: I wish the cottage room had more shelves to put belongings on. Also, it would be great to have 2 types of curtains in the room - heavy one for the night and thin one for the day.

6.7 Good
Pros: Nice staff good room nice spot
Cons: Area around not clean
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice spacious rooms. A nice little "private beach" (all though with stones and sea shells instead of sand). Very good cleaning, fresh towels every day both for the beach and for the bathroom. Very friendly staff. The attention to detail. F.ex. that you had a big urn of water next to every bungalow to rinse your feet after the beach so you wouldn’t get sand in the room. And every late afternoon a mosquito repellant thing was lit and put under the table on your terasse.
Cons: Internet was extremely bad, at some points didn't work at all. The bed was very hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely positively love this place!! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and spacious. We had such a wonderful time here! Thank you so much!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We really loved that the hotel is built in a way that you get your own private house. Staff gave us free water all the time and we even had a private beach! It is also very quiet and you can listen to the waves of the ocean in the night.
Cons: It is a bit difficult to get into the hotel from where the boat leaves you and the WiFi didn’t work that well. The staff seemed a bit grumpy but fine and they do not offer breakfast!
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, next to main part of the island, but at the same time very quiet! Has pretty small privat beach
Cons: VERY hard to find, no signs next to road
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Arrival by speed boat direct to the sand beach Privat resort beach with excelent possibilty to see nice fishes under the water and follow you when swimming
Cons: Only to know you need repelent
10.0 Excellent

7.9 Good
Pros: Unique location, access to the sea on two sides. Great place for snorkeling, kayaking and walking. Remoteness from the bulk of hotels is a big plus. Privacy.
Cons: The cottages are very modest. Everything is very simple. Minimalism. Slow wifi and does not catch everywhere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spot. Amazing views. Friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast isn’t great - most of the food is cold despite the warming basins. The coffee is atrocious. But this is the only drawback.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: pretty beach and good food
Cons: little far from 7-11
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Food was super nice. We booked this property because we used to visit the restaurant and loved it. The beach was beautiful. Staff are well-trained and helpful.
Cons: No wi-fi in the room. Credit card spending subjected to 3% charge.
7.9 Good
Pros: Food good, sea superclean, loads of fish, great for snorkelling.
Cons: Some furniture and sea facilitires a little dated, no wifi in the rooms. Resort a bit isolated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and quite place to relax! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the food and drinks was also very good and cheap.
Cons: Only the beach is not so clean and has too many stones and some sharp edges or glas. But with shoes is no problem.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: amazing garden at inside court
Cons: a little bit noisy at night from by close to shore
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very green, nice bungalows, and above all very very nice staff. A good place to relax in the green when you are tired of the beach.
Cons: Breakfast in morning (same for everybody) especially coffee
6.3 Good
Pros: Room cleaning and generator staff was friendly and helping, also good room cleaning. Plus generator is the only person with decent English qualification.
Cons: The lady in charge of the place gave us absolutely no moment of peace with applying excessive psychological pressure with house rules which are over rated for a holiday place. For example motorbike parking area is skipped with few meters, there is yelling and fuss...same goes if you don't comply with other rules such as hair dryer to be returned on time, the crucial deposit on the first day that also bleeds out your local currency balance. There is a long list. Also they dont give assistance about the island, for example we asked about renting bicycle, they told us was not available on the island but we found it next door. Language skills very poor. Internet connection very poor, can hardly open email. Breakfast very limited, nothing like the pictures. Excessive mosquitoes and lady asks you to supply for your own-self. The closest convenience store is a huge tourist scam, they charge five times the value (such rip off!!)yet the hotel does nothing about it even though they are fully aware. All the support/services are called off once you are one day away from leaving; for example we got no toilet paper, drinking water and soap and similar on the last day.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Tranquility, privacy, not crowded
Cons: -The water sppuly was so stinky, like a mud, and so rusty smelt, even though it was clear water, I don't know why was that. -Quite a bit disappointed about the complimentary, there were just 2 bottles of water, 2 tiny shampoos, and 2 tiny bars of soap. No toothbrush, no coffee, no tea available in the room for 3,500THB/ night
6.7 Good
Pros: Attention to detail in visioning and executing the project
Cons: Need more conveniences like hiring scooters, snacks etc.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It has a very relaxed atmosphere. As it is not located directly on the beach, but within a close walking distance, you are located in an area that looks and feels like a lush, well maintained garden.
Cons: The breakfast and coffee. The breakfast is what they decide to make, we had a club sandwich and the coffee is Nescafe with powdered milk.
7.9 Good
Pros: The place is very quiet unlike the popular and crowded Sai Kaew. Although the resort is not right on the beach, we enjoy the peace and tranquility of the environment amid lush and well-maintained garden. The beach is a short 3 minute walk away to the nearest option. The breakfast is good and they are generous with the fruits. The owner and her daughter are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The toilet isn’t exactly very clean. We get insects crawling out from the toilet trap every night. I think the room will be perfect if the toilet can be given an overhaul.

7.9 Good
Pros: The location was perfect. WiFi very good.
Cons: Rooms are being serviced late afternoon (between 13:00 and 15:00) if at all.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: No free breakfast offered
Cons: The toilet is not good. There are mosquitoes inside the room. The pictures looked brand new and nice place but the actual place - not good.
6.7 Good
Pros: Love the location of this hotel, and the staff are very helpful.
Cons: The hotel is totally focussed on dealing with large numbers of day tripper Chinese tourists who arrive early each day ( by 9 am) and completely take over the bar and restaurant area, meaning that guests are unable to have breakfast there, and are woken up early as these groups are VERY loud
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenience
Cons: Nice garden along the ways to the resort itself
5.8 Okay
Pros: Closed with the beach
Cons: Toilet bad smell, no hair dryer
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is basically the only good thing about this hotel
Cons: Lots of mosquitoes, the mattresses are all with broken springs that stuck in your back, the sheets are not clean with holes and stains on them, the doors are so old that you need to use lots of force to open and close them and even when you succeed to close them, there are still holes that remain probably to let the mosquitoes get inside...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and near the beach
Cons: Reception staff not very friendly,a smille would have been good and a please and thankyou.checkout lady very abrupt.

6.7 Good
Pros: The food and service was very good. Large, spacious rooms. Strong wifi connection.
Cons: The main pool was a mix of salt and chlorine which was very harsh on my kids eyes. There was a kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea bags which would have been a better touch. Room could have been a bit cleaner and there were only 2 channels on the TV.
7.9 Good
Pros: quiet location at the end of the island road, room was lovely, nice pools and friendly staff. very relaxing atmosphere and pleasant grounds
Cons: bar closed at ten, which considering its location was a bit too early, also food was great but overpriced, but minor issues overall would recommend
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was peaceful, we could sleep well.
Cons: We booked a studio which looked just awesome on the pictures. Reality was different. Bad light situation, you could either have it off or on completely, no lamps. We had to run to the switch every time and then get back to bed in darkness. Nothing on the floors. Broken kettle. The shower is not really a shower but just a shower head fixed in the same room where the toilet and the sink is (see pics). So the toilet is wet after you shower. Highlight: the bed was made with a blood spotted sheets when we have arrived. Hope this helps everyone! I am sure it’s possible to improve :)
5.8 Okay
Pros: Modern facilities
Cons: Had serious issue with my eyes after a swim in the hotel's pool, couldn't open eyes for 2hrs sitting in pain in the pool area while staff refused any help, when asked for eye drops they said i could take a taxi to pharmacy. Later they haven't come to check up on me even once
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was good and the tv was adequate. We were able to leave our luggage, securely at reception when we arrived early for check in and left a few hours after check out.
Cons: The room is called a ‘penthouse’ but by the correct definition it wasn’t, we paid extra for what was really a roof terrace which wasn’t furnished sufficiently for 6 people. The furniture and decor were tired, the kitchen only had facitilities for making drinks. We didn’t get any help with our luggage and no-one showed us to our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 2nd time here and nothing to complain. Staff are great and good food. Clean rooms, beautiful compound Check it out yourself!

5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: We paid for a better room, not sure what we received, but looked nothing like the photos. The room was out the back and not near the beach. The room was basic and the bathroom, well what I say functional.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: View epic, restaurant food was great and staff very kind and helpful
Cons: There was nothing that over shadowed our stay ..... not every thing is perfect but maybe that’s the charm!!! The view out my window in the morning , I will not forget x
