Rock hard bed and pillows and request for ground floor was requested and answered "Yes no problem, will give you our best room" but on arrival I was told it would be a couple of days. But it never happened

It's a great deal ! such a hotel ! I think with a bike is a great location. The room is super comfortable but the best of all is the help and assistance u get from the front desk staff, specially Miss Jam, she was super kind with our requirements. We had a great stay, thanks a lot, we'll came back.
