The food was delicious, service was exceptional. rooms and property was always clean. perfect hotel for a traveler.
it was perfect
The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. While the pool wasn’t large, the pool area was relaxing. I enjoyed the breakfast, particularly the noodles and eggs that were made to order. The service was exceptional and the staff really made us feel welcome. Overall, I loved my time here and would definitely come back again.
As the hotel was located at the western edge of the old town, we had to walk quite a bit to get to the night market and the other livelier areas. The hotel does provide a free shuttle (needs to be booked ahead earlier in the afternoon) to the night market in the evening and it’s easy to get tuk tuks everywhere so it’s not a big deal.
Great property which is well located being a short red taxi ride from all the sites of old town and the nightlife The pool is a bonus some say it is a little cold to which I do not agree Staff are a pleasure and reception are most helpful in all ways I will come back to this property
I can not criticise anything in particular it is a good place to stay in Chiang Mai
Staff very helpful and polite
A few mosquitoes however let’s face it located in the tropics
Very charming hotel, beautiful ancient Lanna house. Very helpful reception staff arranging everything we needed- taxis, activities, massages. Well located inside the inner city of Chiang Maï and very quiet and peaceful at the same time. It has been a very relaxing stay and I would love to stay at the Rim again.
The Hotel is well located in the inner circle of Chiang Maï and away from the tourist masses. You may want an Hotel located in the busier Eastern part of inner city closer to the Ping River where everything is walking distance. We managed very well either walking a little longer or taking a tuktuk for 120-140 Baht (8 minutes drive).
