When I first arrived I was given room 204 which smelled like the sewer. I called to ask to change rooms and told them of the smell and they gave me air freshener. I ended up sleeping with my travel mates. The next day I was moved. This room was much better.
If a room smells of sewer it should not be rented to guests. Especially because there was no access to fresh air.
Bed were very comfortable and the place was very clean.
Thin curtains, no fan in bathroom and the breakfast was undercooked and not enjoyable.Advertising hotel on a loudspeaker outside the hotel kept us awake.
The hotel is really nice and clean and the room big enough and furnished with good taste. Hotel staff is kind and helpful.
A great location for the Sunday walk. The price is decent for the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.
For all of the tours we booked through the inn we found that we paid substatially more than anyone else who booked elsewhere for the same tour. It may be wise to stay at the parasol but go elsewhere to book your tours. Side note: The Siam Rice cooking school was a great experience and strongly recommended.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the awesome Sunday street market and the spa offered excellent rates for foot and Thai massages. Only possible downside was that the bed was a bit stiff. Otherwise it was great!
