Pros: Nice motel. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Also I had good breakfast selection.
Cons: The air conditioner was not working and it was 78° in our room. They tried to fix it but could not. It was a very uncomfortable nights stay. I would’ve liked to of seen them be more accommodating with either offering another room with air-condi
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfy. We left too early for breakfast so no idea if it was good but sounded good
Cons: The front desk lady was a little rude when we checked in. My name was on the checkin sheet weird so she didnt find it at first, which was fine but I didnt care for her abruptness with her responses. I was very calm but she apparently thought I was lying??? When she did find it she apologized but still

Pros: Great breakfast, clean room, nice location.
Cons: Loud neighbors having a party, no towels in the bathroom besides hand/face towels, and people hanging out in the parking lot until late.

Pros: Layout
Cons: Need to go to breakfast early. The run out of some items.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like a gym at the hotels I go to, very cozy lobby, nice tvs
5.0 Okay
Pros: Facilities are beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was also impressed with the breakfast.
Cons: When I plan to stay at a hotel, I want to relax and enjoy the pool, work out facilities, and of course veg on tv. Our tv was not working so I called the front desk and she said the wind was causing the signal to go out. I believe it was internet based tv. It's Cheyenne, WY where it is windy a lot, maybe a satelite cable service would be better? We went downstairs to at least catch the play off game. That channel did not work, but others did. She did fail to help me find channels that worked. TV system was confusing. When I went to wash my hands at our bathroom sink, I found no soap. I went downstairs to get some. The front desk said sorry, we're out, but I can give you some baby shampoo. Okay, I guess it was at least a solution. When we went to the pool it was not busy but no towels. We had to go to the front and witnessed all night people going to the front for towels. Pool towels should be in room or at the pool for convenience.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fact that the shower had a glass door. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, like I did NOT want to get up. We were really sad that we had to keep driving. Would come here over and over again, honestly.
Cons: Our fitted sheet was a little pilled, (those little balls of fabric that make things seem rough) which is only an issue if you have sensitive skin. I loved everything else.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was a high point--nice presentation; good variety.
Cons: I am sure the vibe at the Tru Hilton is geared to the younger generations. The accommodations were adequate but very sterile and cold like--not cozy and warm at all. The bed was not very comfortable and the hard laminate tile on the floor was uninviting as well. The room did come with a very nice shower and adequate towels. The people at the front desk, especially the gentleman in the early morning, were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would not stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: We keep going back to this hotel because it is clean, modern, great breakfast and friendly staff, comfortable beds, big walk in showers. The GM, makes herself available, is warm, personable and professional. Love this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So much consideration toward guest comfort. Shower amenities. Lounge atmosphere in lobby. Wifi access. Water bottles in the room. Water and coffee in lobby.
Cons: The lighting in the room was quite bright. We wanted to leave a light on for my elderly mother, but the glare kept everyone awake. Also, I found a hair in my scrambled eggs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Updated floors are definitely clean, love the modern look. Downstairs family atmosphere was better than anything I had ever seen in a hotel before.
Cons: The prominence of news channels downstairs was more than I care for the kids to see.

Pros: It was good location off the Interstate. Luckily, our room was facing away from the train tracks and we didn't hear it as much. Pros: The front counter help (Angela) was excellent! You have the right person to greet travelers. The room is roomy and all furnishings are comfortable. Even though trains are right across the street they are not really noticable, this place is very sound proof.
Cons: Not a dislike, but a bit confused there is a full kitchen in our room with absolutely no flatware, china, pans or anything else to cook or serve with. But a really nice full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. It's a nice room, just wondering about this.

Pros: Updated and modern kitchenette style rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Pet friendly. Nice view of the cities Capital from the pet area in the evening. There is a dog park a mile away!!
Cons: The train, nothing to be done about that if you are a light sleeper as all the hotels will have same issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I have been on the road 7 out of 9 days. This was by far my best room yet. What made My Place better in my opinion was that I had a nice recliner in the room and a throw blanket. I needed some wind down time and this room delivered. Nothing is worse than waking up freezing to death in the middle of the night. I was very pleased with the comfort of my room. I’ll definitely stay here again!
Cons: I prefer a freshly made breakfast. They provided frozen breakfast options in the store though.

4.0 Okay
Pros: We didn't like anything about it.
Cons: The hotel was in a shady/sketchy area. The bathroom sink still had a large glob of toothpaste in it. The reservation was for a 2 queen room and instead I got a 1 queen and a pullout. The pullout was very stained and gross and the bedding was filthy.
1.0 Poor
Pros: It was 100% my mistake, selecting the wrong dates of my stay but the Hotel personnel didn't help me out although I had paid for 2 rooms that I didn't even used. The night I needed to stay the parking lot was empty and I doubt they were sold out the night
Cons: That I originally reserved, I had a reservation that same night at another microtel, it was a mistake but they didnt want to see that.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was neat and clean
Cons: Our room was really close to the ice machine, which was very loud very early in the morning
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Nothing
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Other than the owner and manager, all other staff were very helpful and nice.
Cons: Early evening my wife witnessed a couple fighting where it escalated to having the police called to the premises. She had to give a report to the arriving police officer and was made aware that the party involved are locals and have had the police called on them frequently After checking in, she was given keys to a room where it appeared that two to three college young men were occupying the room. Once the room key situation was corrected and we made it to our room, we found dirty boxers on our window seat cushion and blood stains on our pillows. We reported this to the night staff. and they explained that the managers would be notified in the morning and they would be in contact with us the next day. In the morning we were told that the managers were notified but they did not contact us. I attempted to call them after a couple days and neither the owner nor the manager has ever called me back. We were staying there for an athletic event for our son and his team. We will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean. Good location near Frontier days. King room was large. Read many bad reviews, but not sure why. We stayed one night and had a good experience. We had 2 queen bed rooms along with the king room. All met expectations. Loved the window seat.
Cons: very basic breakfast. Cereal and waffles. No eggs. Prices inflated for frontier days.
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms.
Cons: Convenient and clean, but the room was COLD. Heat ran on 78 degrees all night and never caught up.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, neat, clean and pleasant front desk staff
Cons: Room did not look like picture shown when we booked. Found that a lot on this trip. Room small even for 2 people.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff are friendly.
Cons: No iron / iron board. Can hear people's conversation and snores from the next room.
