Pros (+) Fantastic location for any City based activity in Chester, right near a fine selection of bars and restaurants and just next to the main shopping areas, city walls and river. The olde world charm of this authentic 17th century hotel is undeniable, it has instant atmosphere, live music great breakfast
Cons (-) The en-suite shower was barely a trickle, not only for us but for our friends in the adjoining room; if you were staying a few days this could be a really turn off. Overall the room was warm and comfy though but the hotel really needs to install shower pumps to fix this issue
