Pros:
Agent did not have the reservation. Was finally able to find me a car. When I objected that it had no air conditioning, agent decided to give me a "good" car. It had A/C which worked. Car was extremely dirty, full of digs and dents, no hub caps, and tank was almost empty. I was repeatedly told that the parking fee was paid and that I did not have to pay anything on the way out, guess what. The parking fee was not paid with lots of angry drivers behind trying to get out. Poor car, extremely poor service. I cannot believe this was Budget!Cons:

Once we found the agent, she was nice, but it took a while to find her - Budget just doesn't have a counter at the airport!Cons:
Other than having to talk my way in a strange airport in order to find the Budget rep (no counter) in a café, the car was... a bit beat... the manual gear was particularly hard and couldn't get in first in crazy traffic.2.0 Mediocre

Pros:
I'm unable to provide any feedback regarding what I liked since there was no physical location or agent at pick up time for Budget. At 8:25 pm, the agent called me from +216 22 342 670 to inform me that she was home and that she was not aware of any reservation.Cons:
Budget has no physical location, the phone number listed is for an agent who was home at the time of pickup which was at 7 pm. At 8:25 pm, the agent called me from +216 22 342 670 to inform me that she was home and that wasn't aware of any reservation. Being we had previously cancelled the trip the week before and were just hours away from going on the trip, we decided to go with another car rental company, Rania Rental car and this turned out to be a very difficult experience for my family and I. We paid for a newer car, with 7 seats and A/C, but were given a 7 seater, with 300 000 Km, after signing the contract and paying $612 deposit, and $120 for a 1 day rental. The rate was increased by double as the agent realized I desperately needed a car. The car had clear signs of having been in an accident and the A/C did not work. We discovered much of this the next day during the trip. As we were forced to keep the windows down during the trip, I became sick by the time we returned home and my family was in great discomfort as well including my father who had heart surgery a month ago. I needed to visit the emergency room and had signs of a running nose, itchy and watery eyes, a sore throat, sneezing and coughing. The doctor confirmed this was due to the long exposure to particles since the windows were down during the drive. Upon informing the agents of Rania of our experience, we were told it wasn't their problem and that I had agreed to the lease. Unable to resolve the issue with Rania Car rental, I was told by the Police to come back the next day Sunday, May 14 to file a complaint. After more than 2 hours, I was finally able to file a complaint with the Judiciary Police at Tunis Airport (Intervention # 230 of May 14, 2017) as well as a complaint with the Tourism info desk at the airport for the minister of Tourism. I have additional information regarding the case.2.0 Mediocre

Although I prefer Sixt but this time I reserved a Europcar with confirmation number 1091412074 in Tunis intl Airport To my surprise and dismay your agent said Europcar In Tunisia do not accept Amex as a policy. I tried talking to a manager and she said the same thing. I had to cancel my meeting appointment for that night and look for another car to rent by another agency and pay prime price for last minute reservation, so I found Sixt as a life saver. I will file a complaint with Amex also. I find this experience very disturbing and inconvenient and I think your agent didn’t want Amex to save some banking fees. Also note that i will rate Europcar on all websites and alert travelers about this location poor customer service. Thank you and never again.Cons:
