Pros:
Costumer service was horrible, by any bars mother of customer service. Ultimately, I didn't rent the car and chose another company. Taking into account the fact that this was a quasi satellite location/gas station, the long wait time a though there was a short line, set the tone. Actually, upon arrived, the customer service attendant was not onsite. I realize customer service differences exist between the US hustle and bustle, and went in with an open mind about the wait. Wait not withstanding, I was hollered at and spoken down to because I changed my mind about the size of the vehicle, due to the size of the car. I had chosen particular dates, shown to be available on the internet, and was the. told that the return date was not available, because the location would be closed. The white, Italian customers before me were not treated similarly. As a Colombian (national origin) US darker skinned US citizen, I truly felt discriminated against and belittled, not to mention completely dissatisfied.Europcar
