They are tough in treatment with costumer
Pros: When they drop me off
Cons: They request two credit card which first time somebody asking me this question , also take long time to finish this process even only my self nobody and it took almost 30 minutes !!!!

Cons: Avis said there is no reservation and the confirmation number i have doesnt exisit! I had to hire another car from another company. I opened a case and i need my money back.

Best of the best
Pros: First : the employee they have nice deals with customer and smile.
Second : good service and good car .
Third : the insurance money it will return after 2 days not more .

I wont try them again
Pros: Clean
Cons: I booked a ford focus car . And when I went to the shop they said they dont eveb have ford cars and they are not responsible for whats written online . As it is stated online that they will give me a ford car or smilar . He wanted to give me manual huyndai and my resevation was automatic ford and since wheb the huyndai is in the same caregery with ford!!!
My reservation was for 950 tr he wamted to give me anther new huyndai 2017for 1120 so will make me pay more 200 !!!!
At last they gave me regular automated huyndai with an open in roof but I cant use or open because its not working . This ruined my jurney as it was jurney in nature and we have professional camera for photographing..
I wont be trying them again
Btw their office is not in the airport its outside they will send u pick up car to the office

Pros: We had to walk with our luggage from the airport to Hertz office in the afternoon . then they didn't expect the warenty we buy through Kayak and we have to buy from them and they charge us about 300 dollars.
Cons: That I should not use Kayak a gain .
