Pros: Nothing. Never ever rent a car from Payless again.
Cons: Everything. We have never experienced such an impolite customer service. Not to mention when we went to pick up the car the office was closed.. We had to return the next and change our plans but we didnt get even an apolozige. They just asked what we want from them, a hug? This should never happen.

A scam basically
Good value for the money, but with issues.
Cons: Car had a hole in the rear bumper. Tank was only half full. No signs to the rental office, no company marks, hard to find location.
Worst issue: Amex not accepted, even though car was reserved with one. That prevented me from using my credit card insurance.
Heavily Damaged Automobile
Cons: After signing and paying, we were given a car with a "little scratch on the side". Then we saw the car had both drivers-side doors bashed in. Yes, the car was still functional and the doors still opened and closed, but it looked awful and the power windows did not work properly. If this had been an English-speaking transaction, we would have refused the rental, but the entire situation was sketchy and we had already paid, so we drove away, worried what was going to happen when we returned the car to a different city. Sure enough, the guys at the return looked at us like we had just wrecked their car. After some phone calls, it got worked out, but it was stressful. Bad business practices.

Cons: This is unacceptable they did not give us the car that we had the confirmation for so we had to do one there with of course different price ! We were very upset about this cuz we were told that this online confirmation does not work :( we are going yo contact payless rent a car
Disrespectful employee
Pros: That I could leave the car at airport easy.
Cons: When I left the car. They guy called me later that day cursing and yelling cause he didn't found the car, when it was where he wanted it to be. Also gas tank problem. I over filled the tank cause it kept saying it was not full on the dash board. Wrote to customer service and still they haven't spoke to me.
