Make sure staff are aware of the offer to pick up or drop off service included for car rental, within the 3 kms as stated. There was hesitation and delay dropping me off to my house after car was returned. I live 2.3 kms from rental office.

Nothing..my vehicle was upgraded because a not so good experience previously..it happens..and full credit to the the staff on compensating me for that a good 4 stars on this rental!
When I made the reservation online it was for a truck...and a reservation confirmation was sent to me. Then I got a call from the company while I was driving to the store to pick up the truck, because they actually don't have a truck but they can give me a van with the same price. When I got the invoice it was 20 cad more...finally I ended renting a truck the next day in the morning from enterprise...Improve your service...
I thought I was being charged in Canadian dollars When I arrived Amy card was charged I learned kayak is an American company and charges American dollars No where does it say this I do not think I should have paid the higher fees I explained how I felt “bit” the representative knew I wasn’t happy
The rental sales agent responsible for the budget store at the London International Airport (Ontario) was extremely sleazy. He attempted to claim that the credit card I was using for rental did not have insufficient funds, even though I had been with my bank representative over the phone who confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my card. The agent simply refused to rent the car, which made the entire situation definitely sketchy. I did not rent the car with Budget, and had to look for another rental company to find a car at the last minute, since it was an urgent matter (by the way, my credit card worked perfectly with the other rental). 0 out of 10 would do business again with this store, and I do not recommend it to anyone else.
Absolutely no way to contact them. Reverted back to the website, which at best doesn’t work. No way to alter the dates. Had to cancel after numerous attempts. Not a good thing you are operating there or at hertz.

I rent a van to pick my family from Airport, van was a Pacifica Chrysler with only 8000 km on it, Car-washed and cleaned super nice. The whole process was very smooth including the price. I highly recommend Hertz.

Consistently poor service. This visit, they didn't even check over the car of help us to find it, just gave the key. It was locked up in a back area and we had to go move the gate, move the car, then move the gate again to get out. The car pulled hard to one side and it was a mess. I only rent from them when there is NO other choice.
