"They do not apply Enterprise procedures in offering Customers the free Pickup and Dropoff service for their clients. I find that this Enterprise has a very condescending way in talking to its customers. When asked why the website and answering service offers pickup and/or delivery to customers they blamed it on being short staffed and this service is for only customers that reserve cars for many days. I was asked if I could take public transportation. The employees starting with the manager is very condescending."7.2 Good

The 500 Oxford Street West are my boys, they always help and are great people to deal with. The car was good on gas mileage, really good.Cons:
Instead of base model cars they could have higher quality packages for the cars. The prices could be lower, you know (Daily Rates) The cleanliness of the cars could better, one thing they almost always miss is thevfront windshield of the car, and that's usually on the inside. The Customer Service at the pick up and drop off were really friendly, helpful and on the ball. The price was as expected from my booking, and I was happy with $20/day for the car.Cons:
The pick up location was changed via email less than 1 day from the pick up time (car was booked 5 days in advance). Every time I spoke with an Avis CSR on the phone, I was given different information as to why that is. The website is inconsistent with information about that as well, as I can still book at the 'closed' location. Very frustrating to be given different bits of information over and over again. It started with me calling in to confirm my reservation and costs (1 day after booking) and everything, including the pick up location, was confirmed. To the follow up calls about the change in location and the change in drop off location without notice. Definitely frustrating and still trying to work this out.2.0 Poor

The drop off was a little weird. The guy wasn’t in his booth and was walking out the door and asked for my keys. I was super confused as he didn’t have an ID card etc. It took me a few minutes to realize he had a Hertz shirt on. I didn’t like the drop off.Cons:
