They gave me the SMALLEST car possible when it was a complete blizzard/ horrible road conditions all week. They also did not have winter tires on their vehicle. The service was really great. The gentleman assisting me got me a vehicle right away and apologized repeatedly for not having an intermediate sized car like I had booked for (only had SUVs) .Cons:
The only downside was that the SUV available had just been returned and not fully cleaned out yet. Previous driver smoked in it. Not a big deal but not the best haha. The enterprise associate though did make sure that I knew that I could trade it at another location if I needed to which was very kind ! We decided not to as it would interfere with our trip.3.2 Poor

Specifically, this location of Hertz is unprofessional. I arrived promptly to pick up the car at 8:00 am. But, the manager did not open the store until 8:25, which set back our trip.
