Don't list a vehicle that you don't have ready and available especially a 7 plus passenger vehicle. Agent was very pushy to sell us insurance when we had already purchased insurance with our rental.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The car rental office was not far from the airport. They offered free shuttle to the office.Cons:
We ended up paying roughly $400 more on top of the original amount because Insurance was MANDATORY. When we reserved the car online it gave us the option but no where did it say you had to have it. That was frustrating since we were not counting on this extra expense but we needed the car rental.2.0 Poor

Nothing about this experience was enjoyable from the time I landed, I was informed there was only a 15 passenger van that couldn't be rented.Cons:
EVERYTHING, I was told to come the following morning to pick up the vehicle that was reserved however the associates at the counter were more interested in eating their breakfast rather than helping me. When I showed the associate at the counter my confirmation e-mail she called a lot attendant and quickly said, "I can't help you." I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the customer service of the rental staff, as this completely RUINED my trip. Will NEVER use or recommend this service to anyone travelling to this airport.8.8 Very Good

Full size car - VW Jetta was uncomfortable. Mazatlan staff and turn in charges were outrageous so I opted to return the vehicle where I picked it up, culiacan. They push for as much insurance as possible even though my gold American Express covered the insurance. Then told me that if anything happens to the car they will charge me and I'll have to pay because I declined their high price insurance. It became the joke the whole time we had the car. I turned the car in with no marks or scratches and the inside as clean as I received it, but they still marked the inside as dirty, when it wasn't. Of all rental car company kiosks, only Europcar was not manned, so we had to call and wait 20-30 minutes for an associate to show up. Where as Hertz and all other companies had staff waiting and many received their cars while we waited. I don't recommend Europcar, Use Hertz, Avis, Budget or any other as they had more choice of vehicles too, I saw their lots.Payless

pretty much the entire experience. They gave us a car that looked like it was a working vehicle. I asked for a suv got a pick up truck. they charged me the same price as if i had gotten what i asked for. when i returned the car and asked for some sort of compensation for the mistake they said they couldnt help me because the manager wasnt in. i tried calling for a month and a half to try to figure something out but their manager was LITERALLY never there. Finally got someone to help me, my total for a little over $1,000 and all they are going to give us back is $120 something dollars back. Literal BS!Hertz
