Pros:
The person met us at the airport and was very professional. While the car (a mini-van) was really beat up more than I expected, the handler apologized and offered to buy the fuel option at no cost.Cons:
Offering a vehicle that had damage on almost every corner and a broken rear seat was not great, however, they were very accommodating with making amends.2 locations in Akureyri

Pros:
I was pleased to be able to reserve a car in Akureyri (northern Iceland) to return in the south, at the international airport, without a big fee. I was very happy that the car was ready when I arrived two hours before the scheduled pick up and we did not to wait at all. The diesel Svoda Octavia was very comfortable for three of us with lots of baggage. We had no difficulty finding fuel or using the multi-lingual gas pumps in Iceland. It did well on major highways and the well-maintained coastal gravel roads we traveled on. Thanks for all the good service in Iceland, July, 2017!One location in Akureyri
