Location of the room and the room were amazing.
I'm not sure if it was the fact of how busy the property was, but I was a little disappointed during the check in.
Iron didn't work. Miss not having a microwave.
Excellent location in the heart of uptown. Walking distance to venues, shopping, and restaurants. We walked a couple of blocks to the Spectrum Center for a concert and the next night we walked a few blocks to Ruth Chris Steakhouse for dinner. Amelie's Bakery is excellent and also in walking distance.
The first room we were assigned was dirty. The front desk attendant, Andrew, was amazing and moved us quickly to another room. However, the second room was not comparable to the suite we had booked. We were moved a third time to the executive level, which is basically a regular room on a higher level. We found nothing special about the executive level except for the view of the city from the 21st floor. The hotel bar couldn't get it together, although they were busy, we tried to pay our tab to the bartender who told us to pay the waitress who told us to pay the waiter. We just left the bill and tip on the bar and told them to figure it out. While everything was clean, the mattresses are on the older side and squeak (we found this in all three rooms). Overall it was a nice stay despite the few hick-ups.
Comfortable and clean
The shower flooded, heavy doors
Everything was clean and nice! The location was PERFECT. I will for sure be staying here this summer and so on! The staff was amazing checking in and out!
Nothing! Everything was great.
