The hotel was beautiful and a perfect location
They were overbooked and could t give us a king size bed
The best part of this hotel was how conveniently located it was to everything we wanted to do. We paid for the location I suppose. Restaurants around the hotel were great!
While this is a historical hotel and I can appreciate that it our bathroom had mold in it and the vents were very dirty. For a 4 star hotel they really need to update it, we spent close to $--- per night for a Best Western quality room.
Loved that we had a room overlooking the patio! Loved the opportunity for drinks & Tapas in late afternoon. Also loved the friendliness if the staff.
Would have enjoyed a free breakfast included with the stay.
Location and staff were amazing!
The location, lobby, and staff were wonderful; however, the rooms are severely outdated. Outdated furniture, bathroom finishes, and technology. The paint along the ceiling wasn't straight. There appeared to be old mold growth above the shower that was covered with paint. We would have spent more money to stay at the Hotel Bennett and/or staying at the Hampton Inn outside of town.
