Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach, shops, and restaurants, as well as the spacious rooms and family-friendly atmosphere. Many highlight the convenience of amenities such as the pool, spa, and private beach access. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, some outdated facilities, and occasional lapses in service or staff attentiveness. Breakfast and other meals receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety and others noting limited options or early closing times. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and amenities, but improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience.
