Convenient and affordable
My friend and I stayed here for the night on our way to Brian Head resort. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. The room was small, but cozy. I rated them one less star on cleanliness, only because the cleaner forgot to throw away the bar of soap in the shower from the previous guest. I would stay here again if we go back to Brian Head.
Nice for a quick overnight stay
Clean, newly renovated rooms.
Room was on the small side and because it is an older property it had a musty smell.
I had to cancel my appt. because of a family emergency. I agree that I should have been charged the first nite but certainly not the second. Rip off. I'll never use kayak again.
Friendly, helpful front desk and a great breakfast.
The location is convenient to down town. Continental breakfast was good and well stocked throughout the breakfast time period.
The were under construction so getting around was sometimes difficult. I booked three nights, but my key card was only programmed for one night when I first checked in.
Staff worked with me to get the room that I wanted.
Staff missed cleaning room one of our three days.
Staff was polite and welcoming, answered any questions I had regardingy visit to the national parks.
It was a bit farther from Zion National Park than I expected, a solid hour drive - but a beautiful drive so can't complain too much.
