9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, great value. Good breakfast. Very friendly front desk.
Cons: Room smelled a bit when we arrived, had to air it out. Once we did it was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best places I've ever stayed. I checked in after 10pm and the staff was extremely happy and made us feel welcome instantly. The rooms were large, spacious, and clean!! If you want a good breakfast you can go to ihop right next door, but don't waste your money. The Abbey inn has a fantastic full breakfast that's included in your stay.the food is great, the staff is extremely nice, and the rooms are great. I've found my new temporary home in cedar city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were pleased with our room's cleanliness and decor, which appeared to have a decidedly masculine slant - dark woods and modern lines. Bath was very clean and towls soft and fluffy. I had noticed on the orientation paper that there was a Breakfast House and just thought it was a different way of referring to breakfast in the lobby. Not so...it's an actual house adjoiing the property. How cool is that! All in all, a nice place to stay at a reasonable price.
Cons: I understand the use of water softening chemicals, but not to the extent that the water feels slimy, as was the case here. Forget about having a glass of water on the nightstand. The bathroom fan, if there was one, was nonfunctional, which was a minor inconvenience. So I reported at check out and was pleased to see the front desk make an immediate note of it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed!! Breakfast was very good also.

Pros: The overall facility was very clean and the room was also very clean. The owners were very pleasant and we completely enjoyed our visit. The breakfast was definitely good. Though I can't say what the other rooms might have been like, I doubt you could go wrong at all if the same attention is paid to all of the others.

Pros: The hotel was just 3 weeks open when we stayed there. It was clean and modern looking. The staff could not have been nicer. This will be a popular hotel once it's on more traveler's radar.
Cons: The hotel's entrance was a bit odd to find off the freeway. We missed the side street turn to the parking lot even with my GPS and had to pull a U-turn. Pretty minor stuff. It's a nice location once there.

Pros: The hotel was very nice. It was beautifully done and kept in excellent condition. The staff went over and beyond (it was Christmas Day, but I feel like they are always like that). All the staff really made us feel at home. Incredibly helpful.
Cons: They mean business at check out time. They will start knocking on your door 10 minutes before check out time and again if you are a minute past time. The hotel only had a few rooms booked the night we were, the rush wasn't needed to that extent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly, hotel is spotlessly clean, front desk have us complimentry toothpaste when we forgot ours, and the hot breakfast was pretty good too. Pretty much all you can ask for if you need a fairly priced room for a few nights.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was clean and relatively new. The rooms were large enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast was good.
Cons: We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater. There was only one person on duty at the front desk and she was unable to resolve the issue. The hotel was fully booked so we were unable to get a different room.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bed and room were clean. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: The place was currently being renovated. No where did it say that when we booked. Old and new carpet piles everywhere. Carpet nails and scraps everywhere. Paper thin walls. Holes in walls from old pictures. Two of the same paintings in the bathroom. Toilet was crooked. Head board was crooked. Emergency exit at bottom of stairway had two rolls of new carpet in the way.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: 2 day drive and location was great, price was great for just sleeping a few hours before continuing on. The girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and overall, just a great stop for the night.
Cons: When I plugged my cel phone charger into the light stand base and then turned the light off to go to sleep, the charger turned off. I had to sleep with the light on. I was so tired, it didn't matter, but thought that was odd.

4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Fridge and microwave were dirty. Pillows were super tiny. Very thin blanket. Bathroom looked grungy, tub wouldn't plug, pool was grungy around the edge tiles. I could have had the same thing at half the price at a hotel 6. Quality inn was not even close to quality.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Price was decent, but there are other options for a similar price that better fit my current and future needs.
Cons: Very noisy, no grassy area to walk dogs, website does not give accurate information about the facilities.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was quick and easy from the freeway. Close to shops/restaurants.
Cons: Kinda noisy. Could have been a little more updated. The "heated pool" to actually have been heated.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: This hotel is WAY over priced. They can get away with charging ridiculous prices because of the Shakespeare Festival (every other hotel in town was already full). The hotel is literally falling apart. The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom was growing mold. The tub was filthy. The smoke alarm was missing. Need I say more? You should avoid this hotel at all costs.

Pros: My friend and I stayed here for the night on our way to Brian Head resort. The hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick and easy. The room was small, but cozy. I rated them one less star on cleanliness, only because the cleaner forgot to throw away the bar of soap in the shower from the previous guest. I would stay here again if we go back to Brian Head.

6.5 Good
Pros: Clean linens, great staff. Nice lobby, plenty of parking, excellent access to the highway. The breakfast was above average too. Responsive climate control system. Neat experience seeing their orthodox women staff. Whether Mormon fundamentalist polygamist or Mennonites or whatever they are, they're strange looking, but very friendly and do a great job.
Cons: Noisy mechanical sounds heard in the bathroom Bathroom seemed an afterthought. The door itself had a chunk cut out of it so it could open around the toilet Strange bare metal bracket exposed in room with hooks sticking out, Threadbare bag holding the hair dryer, scuffed furniture. Painfully uncomfortable bed.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing the place was a dump. Hot tub was broke the owner was like it's cold and has no intention on fixing it. They rebooked my room in the middle of the first night so I had a visitor. I thought $60 a night was cheap for a ramada well now I know why.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The staff seemed friendly, the room was quiet, the pillows were good, and the WiFi worked. Breakfast was average.
Cons: The room number on the door was a piece of paper that was taped over the previous chain's room number plaque. Apparently Ramada bought the hotel back in October and hasn't bothered to actually switch the room plaques in 8 months, so the tape holding on the paper covers is no longer sticky and they are flapping in the wind. The pipes rattled in the wall every time I turned on the sink. The shower curtain had a tear in it. The bathroom in the lobby was filthy, and they had a glade air freshener setting on the counter to attempt to cover the scent. In the breakfast area, part of the floor is uneven and not adhered to the floor properly, so I nearly tripped moving through the area.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: No elevator
6.2 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, easy access from freeway.
Cons: Could have been a little more cleaner in bathroom
7.7 Good
Pros: Accommodations were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.
Cons: The outside was a little run down and the pool was out of service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Oh my, where to begin?! I had such a relaxing stay that I wish everywhere were as great! It was a terrific experience from the moment Charity greeted me at the front desk, to the moment I discovered I had the option to using their sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, or eating at their attached resraurant. But the real amazement occurred when I walked into my room and was floored by the square footage, full bath, vanity, fridge and microwave, super comfy bed and pillows and soft linens, and sofa.
Cons: I heard baby crying next door and the parking lot was slippery without being prepared with proper winter attire.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, nude staff, easy access from highway
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The saft was very good to work with was willing to help me when I ask.
Cons: The roon was very clean and was well kep, but the bed was shot. I believe it is time to change. I would stay there again but would check the bed out first. We stayed in room 123.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was nice and quiet and very clean.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff allowed me to fill up our 6 gallon water canister for camping and allowed us to keep our bicycles in our room for the night. The rooms were very clean and the pool was nice.
Cons: The complimentary hot breakfast was lacking. The breakfast burritos were not very good and the waffle mix didn't taste very good either. I ended up having cereal.
7.7 Good
Pros: Room as described Staff was friendly
Cons: Internet access

Pros: Nice hot breakfast with eggs & sausage. Firepit was a nice touch.
Cons: We got to the hotel about 8:30, and the firepit closed at 9. It was Saturday night and it would have been nice to have a chance to go use it. Wish it was open a little later. Hot was tub closed for the season?? Winter is a great time to go in a hot tub!

Pros: Didnt know that part of the hotel was under construction, inconvenient. They did comp a free room next stay but the time line is too short to be useful.

Pros: room was clean and had a nice firm bed
Cons: free breakfast was lacking
3.7 Mediocre
Cons: There wasn't anyone in the lobby when I arrived. Had to wait. Then the doorknob to the room came off in my hand. Then I returned to the hotel that night and found cops there. The icing on the cake was the long black hairs on the towel provided.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Dont think they even cleaned our room. Still food in the fridge from the last people and spots all over the bathroom.

Cons: Check in was at the hotel next door. Front desk did not have our on line booking. Very slow to check people in. Staff gave us key to wrong hotel. Staff was overwhelmed. The only saving grace of this hotel is that it cheap and it has a waffle machine.
