7.0 Good
Cons: Poor lighting for reading. TV channels awful! No choices
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Could hear everything all night, lobby and breakfast area was dirty. Insulation in the walls would have been nice.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The Sunday breakfast was wonderful with a large variety of food. Monday breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast without the Sunday variety. Hotel looked to be new or recently renovated.
Cons: Whoever designed the bathroom missed the mark. The toilet paper was 3 feet away from toilet. You cannot turn the shower on without getting into it first because the glass pane near the shower head doesn't move. If the bathroom door is open, it blocks the refrigerator and microwave. Weird design.

Pros: Having a hot breakfast with many choices and fresh fruit a huge plus.
Cons: no
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was really good

Cons: Dogs in motel barked for 4hrs worst stay ever
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great overnight stop if traveling with pets. Facility was prepared to accommodate travelers with pets.
Cons: Did not like unsecured exterior doors from guest room hallways to parking lot during overnight hours. Doors had keycard locks, but they were not activated. Other than that, excellent overnight for travelers. Will stay here again during our next trip.

Cons: No negatives
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was awfully kind in the breakfast was very good.
Cons: I cannot think of anything I did not like about this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazingly comfortable. Appreciated the coffed maker, fridge, and microwave available in the room. We brought our dogs Smokey and Sassy and loved the welcoming environment for them, including the available doggy bags outside and the water bowl at the door along with the sign with their names on it - very cute. The ladies making breakfast Saturday morning 11/2/19 were so sweet. They were playing a Pandora station with oldies on it and singing a long and were very cheery. Front desk girls were always welcoming and happy saying hello to our pups. We definitely plan on staying again with our dogs.
Cons: I did appreciate having coffee available in the room but the plastic Keurig K-cups are really bad for the environment.

Pros: Proximaty to parks a definite plus. Holiday Inn Express is my first choice amongst hotels and was what I expected.

Pros: Location was convenient to Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. Nice size town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very nice. It was beautifully done and kept in excellent condition. The staff went over and beyond (it was Christmas Day, but I feel like they are always like that). All the staff really made us feel at home. Incredibly helpful.
Cons: They mean business at check out time. They will start knocking on your door 10 minutes before check out time and again if you are a minute past time. The hotel only had a few rooms booked the night we were, the rush wasn't needed to that extent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very large. The breakfast was good. Staff was nice.
Cons: The only suggestion I have is that you should be able to use the back door for exiting and entering the hotel. It would have been very convenient..
1.0 Poor
Cons: ront desk staff was rude. We were told we couldn't check in at 2:30 and had to wait in the parking lot until 3 to check in. While checking in the front desk staff looked at my kids and made sure to remind me that we needed to be quiet by 10 or we would be kicked out...my kids are 6 &7 years old. They are in bed by 8. Then we asked where our room was and she looked at us like that was the dumbest question she had ever heard. She gave us zero information about our stay; but to be honest, I didn't want to speak with her anymore. The room was clean, but furniture was trashy with scuffs and chunks taken out of it. The beds were hard as a rock and we only got a couple hours of decent sleep. Even my kids couldn't sleep on them. We won't be staying here again.

Pros: The hotel in centrally located. The breakfast had a lot of options, even when I waited until near the end to eat. We requested a late check out, and they accommodated our request. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Replacement toothbrush available.
Cons: More vegetarian options at breakfast would be nice. The hotel doors open outside instead of to a hallway, which wasn't my favorite. There was a little traffic noise in the morning.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable - loved the sheets and pillows. Bathroom was very clean. Very nice!!

Pros: Great overnight stop if traveling with pets. Facility was prepared to accommodate travelers with pets.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Proximaty to parks a definite plus. Holiday Inn Express is my first choice amongst hotels and was what I expected.

Pros: It was conveniently located in regard to where I needed to be.
Cons: It's obviously a cheap hotel and has those characteristics.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Neat old place electrical updated nicely
5.0 Okay
Pros: I reserved a room because of how the room was suppose to look...remodeled. The room was so old, and worn down. Mattress was box springs, Very uncomfortable . Shower was very bad, room was hot. I wanted it for a special occasion surprise for my fiancé.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was convenient to be able to park right outside the door of our hotel room. The little ac unit cooled the room down quickly and wasn't too loud.
Cons: This hotel was okay, but didn't seem to meet the 2.5 star expectation I had. It was old and needed remodeling. There was a huge gouge in the porch in front of our room that actually had an orange barrier to prevent guests from tripping.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I wish there was something to like. It appeared clean but was very old and had a funny odor. If there was anything to like we would have stayed.
Cons: The rooms had an old dingy smell. The area around it had trash, old things from the Hotel were laying around near where you park. Beds were lumpy. I realize Cedar City is a small town, but I didn't feel safe staying here. It backed up to a dark parking lot. We did not end up staying due to the unacceptable conditions.
