Overview

In the business district near the old Medina, the Best Western Plus Casablanca City Center, Casablanca, Morocco, offers very comfortable, cosy rooms well suited to business or leisure, each soundproofed and contemporary with tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom with a bathrobe and slippers. A 24-hour front desk with concierge and VIP services and free Wi-Fi keep the stay easy, a calm, well-placed base in the heart of the city. The central setting puts the old town and the business quarter within reach. Casablanca is the great white city of Morocco's Atlantic coast, its name meaning the white house, where French-era Art Deco and Mauresque facades line the boulevards and the vast Hassan II Mosque rises on the sea with one of the tallest minarets in the world, with the bustling old Medina, the seafront Corniche, and the markets of the new town close by. Along the Atlantic, the ocean light pours over the pale facades.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Casablanca and accessing public transportation. The staff, particularly at reception, are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional, with several guests mentioning individuals by name for their exceptional service. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the rooms spacious and comfortable, there were repeated criticisms regarding the breakfast variety and quality. A few negative comments also mention issues with parking, outdated furnishings, and occasional service lapses, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making this hotel a recommended choice for both business and leisure travelers.
