Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional location and breathtaking ocean views, which were often the highlight of their stay. However, many reviews noted issues with service quality, including unhelpful staff and poor management of guest concerns. Several guests found the room sizes small or not as described, and some commented on cleanliness issues. Noise disturbances, both from within the hotel and external sources, were also a recurring problem. Despite these drawbacks, the location and views left a positive impression on most guests.
