Eh - it's okay.
The people were wonderful. Really not worth the money - I've stayed at much nicer hotels for less.
Just not my cup of tea. I was there for a conference and the conference was held at the hotel - so it was convenient - I will probably stay offsite next year for less money.
everything
The bathroom was too small for the room
Loved the setting and the grounds. The room size was huge with a separate bath tub from the shower stall which was really nice. Love the out door patio and the staff was very friendly.
The room smelled very musty and was freezing, probably to hide the smell. I never could get the room warm enough for my wife and I but fortunately, it was a VERY WARM weekend and we left the french doors open the whole time to get that desired warmth into the room. We were an older room of theirs so I'm not sure if this is the reason for the musty smell but it was pretty strong for our stay there. Had I been there more than one night, I definitely would have requested another room.
They didn't have my reservation and asked me to send an email to confirm that I had a reservation
I liked that the resort has a welcoming feel and that most all of the rooms (besides the villas) were surrounded by the amenities.
1. The prices in the Marketplace. $16 for a water noodle, when they sell them for $7 right down the street! That would be hard especially for people who are having to buy for more than one kid. 2. Our bed. It was not very comfortable
It's a very busy resort
We were looking for a quiet getaway; this was not it. There were families with kids above and next to our room and we got pretty bad sleep. Slamming doors, loud TV's, running and on and on - quite late and then early in the morning. I asked for a quiet room and got nothing but noise.
Love this place... Property grounds are impeccable! Rooms are clean and updated. Always a great time!
The room and pool area was nice. Blue fire grill was fabulous!
Front desk staff was unhelpful on multiple occasions. The day spa is mediocre at best and is long overdue for renovations! Indoor facility grout is disgusting and the indoor hot tubs are falling apart!
The pool was way too overcrowded. I think they sell membership to to the pool to the community making it unusable to the hotel guests. There were so many people you could hardly move in it and the water was so cloudy I couldnt even see my feet. Will never go back to this hotel.
Everything. Love love love. Looking right now to go back. :)
More food options. That's all
