Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near transport and city center. However, many reviews highlight significant cleanliness problems, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service is frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with issues at reception and lack of basic amenities. Breakfast is often criticized for limited options and poor quality. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, and breakfast quality.
