The staff was frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Breakfast received high marks for quality and variety, with several guests highlighting both continental and English options. Pros (+) Convenient location for Canterbury city centre. Decent range of breakfast options. Staff were quick to sort out problems when my reservation hadn't automatically been transferred to the booking system...
Cons (-) A little bit noisy - bin men, late night revellers, etc.
