I had high hopes, but too many little things that just pile up. Room was too warm and AC didn’t go below 22° Balcony was huge, but it was a box, not an ocean view room but the balcony made you feel like you were in a kennel Food wasn’t available at all times throughout the day, 3 restaurants all closed at the same time Food selection was barely mediocre but what was available was good Service thro...

Pros (+) The meals and attentions are spectacular.
Cons (-) The air conditioning is automated in the rooms. So it cannot be modified by the guest at your own pleasure. In addition, once closed the dinner restaurants, the only thing there is for food is a Deli where the only thing they serve is sandwich. They should include more variety, such as pizza, hamburgers, etc.
