Room was bare. Didn’t have place to put suitcase. Terrible lighting
The breakfast was good.
The room. Like a motel 6!
One of the best beaches in Cancun.
The beach area is wonderful. Very easy to walk and enjoy the beautiful ocean. I have stayed here many times prior and my room was as I expected, large and clean. The new safe was nice to see. The grocery store is a short walk and very convenient to stock up your refrigerator. The lunch wait staff was very kind. I did not have breakfast or dinner here, I always venture out. I will stay here again.
The hotel caused an unnecessary delay when finalizing the check-out (not informing us after the room had been inspected), but otherwise it was an enjoyable experience in a great location.
Beautiful facilities. Good restaurants that were reasonably priced. Lovely pool and beach areas.
I got a bargain deal, and so got a room facing the street, and it smelled a little of mold. Next time I will splurge and get a higher-priced room.
Amazing, relaxing boutique resort
Best place we could have chosen in Cancun for a night relaxing getaway. Everyone at the resort was very nice, a ton of staff (all of which were very nice). it wasn't your typical cancun party hotel - it was very calm, some families, and a lot of europeans/south americans. Our room was great - very clean with a balcony with a sea view (even though we just booked a standard room)! The beach was amazing covered in palm trees for plenty of shade and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything was amazing but if I had to say one thing - the room bathrooms are slightly outdated. But we were barely in the room anyways so it doesn't really matter!
Nice hotel but dealt with some very absurd request
Facility was nice beautiful. Food was great. Room was spacious.
After paying $150 a night they asked for an additional $40 for a third guest. No problem their I guess that was the rule of the hotel. We were in a rush to leave and upon check out they asked us to stay so they could review the room. This in itself was ridiculous. If their was an issue they could bring it up after checkout and then charge the credit card after. After they reviewed the room they then brought up something absolutely stupid. They mentioned a small towel had blood on it and I needed to pay 20 pesos for it. I thought it was a joke. 20 pesos is not much equivalent to $1 but after spending over $400 on room , drinks and food they had the nerve to ask for 20 pesos for a small towen. What a joke.
Bed bugs
I love that they have suites with a kitchen because it feels like home and is more flexible.
There were bedbugs that ate my dad alive and other customers had the same problem, even though I have stayed here before with no problems. I all also had a booking issue and they were not very helpful. I felt like they felt I was a wealthy American with lots of money so they could take advantage of me. But that is kind-of the overall feeling of the area anyway.
Wonderful room and beautiful hotel for a decent price. Would definitely stay there again.
We were pleased
Nice pool and quick access to the beach.
Limited and tight parking spaces.
Has potential, but need improvement
beautiful beach, and good prices inside the hotel. Staff friendly. Beach perfect for family and relax.
Someone stoled money from my backpack in my room and my room had a problem with water, where the water flow through the floor. Maybe I didnt had look but, this was my experience
Solid for the money - good cheaper option on the s
We felt like what we got at Kin Ha was exactly what we paid for. It's a cheaper option, so things aren't perfect. The room is in okay condition, but who goes to Cancun to be in their room? We liked that we had a small kitchenette so we could go to the mini-supermarket nearby and buy breakfast makings for the mornings. The beachfront was quiet and clean, and the pool area was nice. The staff was very friendly and gave us a little bit later of a checkout. All in all, it's a solid choice for the money.
Like I mentioned before, you get what you pay for. There are some things falling apart in the room and the beds were really small. We were only there for one night, so these things weren't too big of a deal. For a longer stay, just ask for a room with bigger beds. For the money, it's a pretty good place.
location was great and handy for getting to shopping and sightseeing as it is on bus line. Breakfast buffet was great
restaurant on beach was overpriced even tho it was good
