Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast options, convenient location near ski bus stops and city attractions, and clean, comfortable rooms. Many reviews highlight the positive atmosphere and good value for money. However, several guests express disappointment with extra charges for spa and pool facilities, which were not always clearly communicated. Despite this, the overall experience is very positive, especially due to the service and breakfast quality.
