Location, cleanliness & condition
I really enjoyed our stay. Loved the pools!
We did not eat any meals at this location, but many food venues are a short walk away. The greatest appeal of this hotel is its central location in downtown Calistoga. The mineral pools were nice; although they were very busy.
The largest mineral pool had some sort of mishap and was closed until chemical levels were safe again and it was not well marked. After diving in to swim a few laps, a pool attendant came and notified us that the pool was closed due to something in the water.
The room is very tidy and comfortable. All the necessities are filled
The pillows need to be fluffier. We ended up asking for more since they are flat
Comfortable, clean rooms with the kitchenette.
A fridge in my room was a bit noisy
