Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing unprofessional and inattentive staff, booking issues, and poor customer care. Cleanliness was a major concern, with many mentioning dirty rooms, lack of daily housekeeping, and deteriorated facilities. While the hotel's location was frequently praised for its convenience, guests felt the value for price was poor, given the quality of service and maintenance. A few guests appreciated the room size and comfort, but these positives were overshadowed by negative experiences.
