It’s a fair price for value. Beds are fairly comfortable
They seem to have trouble with shuttles. Not adequate space for amount of people and luggage. The green carpets really need to be replaced.
shuttle included to and from the airport
Not a thing!
Parking lot is a little dark.
I would've been better off sleeping in my car
Proximity to the airport
There was a wedding/event on the first floor the night of our stay. Our room was on the third floor. We heard music and felt vibrations from the bass late into the night and couldn't get to sleep. The front desk did nothing. For a hotel that advertises its proximity to the airport, this was ridiculous for travellers that need to wake up early for morning flights. I heard other guests complaining in the hallway as well. I don't expect much, but I'd have been better off at a Motel 6 or in my car than this. I e-mailed a complaint directly to the hotel afterward but got no response.
Travelled for a festival
Beds are comfy, bathroom was kept clean, location was near tim hortons, McDonalds, and shopping centers which was great
The cleaning staff knocked on our door about 3 times per day between 9am - 11am before we left the room to see if they could clean, could hear vacuum in hall by 9am, We weren't allowed to check in until 3pm, but then people walked up right after us and checked in no problem, I understand we may have been assigned a room but I'm sure there could have been a way to accommodate us as I had driven through the night to get there and wanted to sleep before my festival which started at 3.
Good amenities and value.
I like location very good hotel
But I like breakfast but breakfast is not upto that mark
Nice stay but haven’t received $50 room deposit back yet
I was upgraded from a queen size room to a king size room for free, so there was plenty of space and the room itself had a nice modern finish.
One week later I haven’t received my $50 damage deposit back yet and I don’t have a Canadian number from which to call them. Could kayak contact them on my behalf?
They have a great stay, park and fly package.
Seemed nice and roomy overall.
Restaurant is an after-thought, not intended to bring in customers. Wi-Fi had issues . . . but when it worked . . . WoW! Paint in the hallways, hideous.
The hotel didnt have my reservation.. had to print it off there computer and them my key didnt work.. it took too long to get into the hotel room..
The best thing about my stay at the Greenwood Inn was the location , it was convenient for both the down town shops and close enough to the airport and the mountains .
The attention to detail left abit to be desired, there was trash left in the draws of the bed side drawers , and stains in the carpet could have been cleaned better .
The pool and steam sauna were the high lights of my stay at Greenwood Inn and Suites.
The room rate was too high for the quality of the room. Small television with poor picture quality. Shower didn't work very good!
We liked that it was close to the airport and close to our family's house. We also enjoyed the use of the fittness room, pool and hot tub.
I found the beds reasonably comfortable but a little to high for me to get in and out of. I am sure when I was a wee bit younger I would have had any problems with this.
Room was ok. Staff were polite and helpful, particularly the shuttle bus driver.
Old tv - poor picture quality. Beds very high and difficult to get in and out.
