The staff makes the overall stars to 4, otherwise just 3. Staff was very helpful, they manage everything what we asked, they are kind, polite and speaks English and other languages. The location is great, in the center. You can catch public transport or taxis easily. The breakfast was very good, with many kind of food. (Cereal, ham, sausage, local breads, pies, jam, etc.)
The hotel itself is just average, for this price I expect better.

Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the centre of the old town but very close to the harbour and railway station.
Breakfast was a bit basic.
