Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness is another strong point, with many guests noting well-maintained rooms and public areas. Room size is generally appreciated, especially in family or upgraded rooms. However, service receives mixed feedback: while some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, others experienced slow or unhelpful service, particularly at check-in or with requests. Some reviews mention that the hotel and its rooms are dated and could benefit from renovation, and there are occasional issues with amenities or billing. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and room size stand out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
