Cons (-) On a trip to several countries, the Boscolo staff was definitely the least friendly of all the hotels we stayed at. I'm not sure if it was because we were younger than their typical crowd splurging on a nice hotel or what but they seemed like the couldn't care less that we were there. Pros (+) The lobby is magnificent, the room was lovely. It's about 15 min from the "center" IE the chain bridge. Pieter the concierge is wonderful and very helpful. The food is hit or miss, I enjoyed the goulash and parsely spaetzle. Most of the desserts were too sweet.
