Pros:Location
Cons:Prepaid for a guaranteed reservation. Arrived to the hotel to be told that they did not have our room and that we had been moved to a different hotel. We were then given a map and told we could walk to the other hotel or pay for a taxi. We specifically booked this hotel due to its location and were sent to a hotel 10 blocks in the opposite direction. The hotel we were forced to stay at was old, small, and dirty; it also cost less per night but we were never given any refunds. I have never been more disappointed.
