Pros (+) מלון בוטיק - בסך הכל 5 חדרים, במיקום מעולה. אמצע רחוב וואצי אוצה, מול הדנובה וגבעת גאלראט , ניתן לטייל ברגל בנוחות כמעט לכל מקום. תחבורה ציבורית על מפתן הדלת פשוט מושלם. ריהוט מושלם, אינטרנט אלחוטי מעולה וכמובן יחס אישי מפרל - בעלת הבית
