Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendly and helpful staff, convenient location close to the city center or attractions, and overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several reviews mention issues with bed comfort, with some describing the mattresses or bunk beds as uncomfortable. Noise is also a recurring concern, with reports of both internal and external disturbances affecting sleep quality. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere, value for money, and good service make the hotel a popular choice for many travelers.
