IT WAS an overall very satisfying stay, and it became evident right from the very beginning when we checked in and we found ourselves "bombarded" with information about every little secret of the beautiful town by an extremely polite and knowledgeable receptionist. Rooms very clean. Beds really confi. A/c works perfectly. Bathrooms clean and well equipped.Location super good. Excellent and rich breakfast.Polite and willing staff.
11.00 as check out time is a little early
I booked this hotel on behalf of my parents for an anniversary present and in my fathers words, "It's a four star hotel with a five star experience". The staff were accommodating and welcoming, making my parents stay seamless and enjoyable. My parents were delighted with the high level of cleanliness and comfort, commenting on the excellent location and welcoming staff. They have urged me to book a trip myself and to ensure I stay at this hotel.
Perfect hospitality Perfect breakfast Perfect location
Good breakfast. Easy parking. Very close to town centre.
Nothing all good
good hotel with nice room and nice facilities
there was no access to the hotel. even though I've ordered a parking place at the hotel I couldn't reach the street itself and I was turning around for more than an hour. there were signs ~500meter before that I can't enter to those street /area . I was with my family and 5 suitcases. I eventually walked by myself ' leaving everyone waiting and when I got to the hotel. the reception man told me. 'ho yes, it's not allowed to enter the car' but ignore the signs and come inside and I'll let the police (lot's of camera) to cancel your ticket. I've tried to ask why didn't he tell me this before we exchanged mail and I booked the parking by mail. the Answer was: 'do you expect me to tell you by mail to ignore the traffic signs?'well .....YES!!! you could save me some frustration' you could even tell me just to call becuase there is an issue to reach the hotel address. he didn't apologize at all and was kind of indifferent to all this.
