Very friendly staff/owners.
How close it was to everything, the room was a lovely size and it was very welcoming
I'm absolutely amazed by how good this hotel was. Totally exceeded my expectations. The staff woman in the reception received us very well and gave directions on where to go and the best things to do in the city, also super friendly and with a big smile. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just between the two main streets of the city.
The location was idyllic, only two minutes from the market square and the Belfry tower. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Although breakfast was an extra 7 euros per person (the website did state the price was room only) it was actually a very reasonable price and a continental buffet. This is great in comparison to local restaurant prices as well as being convenient if you have to leave early for an excursion.
No kettle in the room so we couldn't make our own tea or coffee. The bathroom was quite small to move around in. The stairs were quite narrow (as the staircase was spiral). There are no rooms downstairs and no lifts, so it is not ideal for disabled people - I think this needs to be mentioned more. Luckily we did not have a disabled person in our party but it was not immediately obvious.
Very cute place, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was very nice.
The rooms were a little small, but still a great value for the price.
