Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several reviewers highlighting specific employees by name. Many guests also noted that the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about noise from nearby trains, nightclubs, and poor sound insulation between rooms. The location received mixed feedback, with some finding it convenient for public transport and others describing it as sketchy or undesirable. Room size was generally considered adequate, though a few found rooms small. Overall, the positives centered on service and cleanliness, while noise and location were the main drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The bathroom was spacious and clean
Cons (-) The service. Staff not very helpful and available. The hallway smelled very badly upon arrival and they had to spray it. The room wasn’t designed well, the lighting wasn’t good.
Cons (-) Nothing it's just great nd beautiful.
Pros (+) Love the common sense check-in, big sink space in the bathroom to put toiletries and railings on the wall for your phone.
Pros (+) Bed was comfortable

Pros (+) The room was very nice and the hotel appeared very clean. It was quiet even though the subway ran right in front of our floor. The staff was more than helpful and they were very friendly and personable.
Cons (-) If weed isn’t your thing, then be prepared for the smell to be in everything you own. The beds could be a little more comfortable but for the price we paid, it was just fine for our stay
